Only two coffee capsules provided for the duration of the stay, which feels stingy for a hotel of this caliber compared to lower class alternatives that replenish daily. Additionally, the beach nearby isn't that impressive, lacking the vibrant qualities of more popular spots, and Chania city is quite a trek away, with taxi fares piling up. Rooms look dated and don’t quite hit the mark for a luxury experience. they feel more like a solid 4-star rather than 5-star. Families should note that the room configurations aren't ideal, especially for kids, as the couches only accommodate one child with a single mattress.

This place is fantastic! We loved the beach access and the relaxing spa treatments, which were just what we needed after a busy day. The only thing that could be better is if the pool and spa opened a bit later, but overall, we had an amazing time! 🌞

The staff were incredibly attentive, always going the extra mile to make our experience memorable, from daily treats to personalized dining support. However, I felt that the cocktails by the pool could be more frequent and better curated to match the hotel's standard dining offerings.

Our stay was delightful with a short walk to the sandy Agia Marina Beach just about 3 km away, and we loved exploring the nearby War Shelter of Platanias, which was around 1.5 km from our hotel. this made our leisurely city strolls truly enjoyable, and the staff were always friendly and helpful throughout our five nights.
